Clients may cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled appt without paying a cancellation fee. If a client cancels the same day, it will result in a 75% cancellation fee. If a client is a no call no show, it will result in a 100% cancellation fee(percentages are based on how much their service is) AND being banned from future booking .
